Photo of the month - March

08th April 2012
In: News
My favourite photo from last month is this lovely photo of a Norfolk Terrier / Border Terrier cross. His name is Bobby and he's begging for a treat at Holkham beach in North Norfolk.

When photographing pets, wildlife and children it's important to get down to their level to make the photo more intimate. I've taken this to the extreme and actually got down lower than Bobby so I could include the beautiful blue sky and the cotton wool clouds.

What a great day of photography that was. You see, professional portraits don't always have to be inside. In fact the location often acts like an extra person to the photograph - particularly if the place has an emotional meaning to you.
