Family values over the Jubilee weekend

The Jubilee weekend seemed to bring out the best in many people. Families and neighbours came together to celebrate and there was an overwhelming sense of community both in Peterborough and across the UK.

I was invited down to my local Care Home (Avery House) to join their celebrations. From what I've seen Avery House is a fantastically run home for elderly people and people with dementia. The staff are always friendly and helpful and they were on top form over the Jubilee weekend. I offered to give them some photos as a reminder of the day.

I also went down to the Hampton Jubilee event to take a few photos for the Hampton Gazette. Here are some of the photos from the day:
