Capture timeless photographs of your family's childhood at my secret Autumn leaves location near Peterborough. Quick, only 7 6 1 weekend slot left in 2016.

Autumn is the best time of year to create portraits of your children that truly capture the essence of childhood.

Dan had his work cut out with our little family, a one year old and two camera shy parents. We felt so comfortable with Dan, he is extremely patient and calm natured. There were no time retaints, which helped relax us and create a natural moment.Dan found a beautiful spot in the middle of nowhere, and and we are immensely pleased with the vibrant autumn colours that are now a proud focal point in our home. Dan captured my daughter perfectly, the canvas's will forever show her wonder as she freely rambled around the leaves! We couldn't be happier!

The leaves look stunning and the sun hangs low in the sky to give your images a golden glow.

Imagine having a portrait of your family which made your heart melt every time you looked at it...

...because it perfectly captured the spirit and personality of everyone you love.

There was a study done in Australia that showed children who grew up in homes with family portraits on the walls felt a great sense of belonging, got into less trouble and had a greater sense of family. Although they won't realise it now, this is a gift to your children that they'll appreciate and cherish later in life.

I know a secret wood 15 minutes from Peterborough where the Autumn leaves fall like snow. It's peaceful and secluded so you won't feel awkward or 'on display'.

We have a whole lot of fun too. Just look at the joy these two are having pelting me with leaves...

...don't worry, I encouraged them to do it! I want this to be fun for everyone, not an awkward, nerve-racking studio session.

Tell me more Dan, how does it work?
I specialise in creating bespoke images for my clients that are based on the kind of photographs you want. I achieve this because I'm one of the only family photographers in Peterborough (perhaps the only one) who meets you to plan the session before you even hire me.

Another thing that separates me from the other photographers in Peterborough is I guarantee you'll love your photographs or I'll give you your money back. I want all my clients to be delighted, not just satisfied.

It's just £30 for the photography session and that includes unlimited time on the day. You can even invite along your extended family if you want, for no extra charge. If it rains we'll just reschedule at no extra charge, too.

"Dan is the only photographer I have met who takes his profession to another level of customer service. His calm and informal presence is reassuring and it feels like he is a friend of the family. We have some magical photos which will adorn our walls for a very long time and make us smile everyday. thanks Dan."
Linda Marseglia, Peterborough

You can then choose whatever size portraits you'd like and any framing you want. I even have some amazing software that 'virtually' shows the photographs from your session on the walls of your home, to scale and with my supplier's frames around them! Check out this video to see how it works.

I'm based in Hampton near Peterborough but I'm happy to travel up to around an hour to your home to chat about what you'd like from your family portrait session. There's no obligation to go ahead, but it always helps to meet and see if we can put a plan together.

Just like childhood, Autumn leaves don't last forever, so call me today on 0792 358 3658 or email dan@danwaterscreative.com to reserve your space. There are only 7 weekend slots left (although I have a few more if you can do weekdays).

I have opening hours 7 days a week and I'm flexible working in the evenings too.

"Dan is a great photographer to work with! We had a lot of fun with an outside shoot in winter. Dan listened to what we wanted and then managed to translate it beautifully into some family photos we will treasure for many years to come. Thanks Dan!"
Hannah Wilson, Cardea, Peterborough

"Hi Dan, Just want to say a huge thanks for taking the pictures of Ruby, Its not the easiest task running around after a 3 year old trying to get a good picture but you did a superb job and she had fun doing it too. The Pictures are great and My parents are going to love the canvas. Many thanks once again and we will certainly reccommend you."

Photo comment By Jude: Hi I would love to book a photo session but would like to know more on prices. Many thanks
Photo comment By Shona: Hi Dan just wondered about cost and would you come t deeping ?. Thanks
Photo comment By Daniel Waters: Thank you for your interest in having some lovely images of your family created in the Autumn leaves. It's probably the best time of year to do it. Some of the things that separate me from all the other photographers in the area are that: Before you even decide to hire me I will come to your home for a chat to find out exactly what you're looking for (and what you don't want). We'll discuss the best clothing for portraits, the ideal locations and I'll show you some of the products so you can clearly see the quality you'd be getting. This planning session ensures you'll end up with images you'll absolutely love and that are tailored exactly to your taste and style I guarantee you'll love your photographs or you don't pay a penny. If you aren't delighted with them then I don't feel I deserve to be paid. That's how much I care about creating beautiful images for my clients I have special software that can 'virtually' show you the photographs from your session on the walls of your home, to scale and with my supplier's frames around them. If it's a miserable rainy day (like today!) then we'll rearrange at no extra charge. There are no minimum orders so you can choose whatever sized portraits you want and they can be framed or unframed and I have some digital options too. Prices range from £15 through to hundreds. Most people invest at least £150 and get a larger one and a couple of smaller ones, but you can do whatever you want.... ...I'm only small and don't make a very good bully! I'd love to have a chat and go through things in more detail with you. When would it be convenient for me to pop over and go through everything? There's no charge or obligation to go ahead, but it will give you a much better idea of how everything works and it will give you a chance to meet me. I think it's important to meet your family photographer so you can be sure you and your children will comfortable with them. Ping me a few dates (perhaps one evening after you've finished work) and your address and we'll take it from there. Warm regards Dan Waters
